SKYSTACK is a cozy management sim where every floor is a decision and every tenant is a name. Stack a lobby, stack some offices, stack a cinema on top of a restaurant on top of a rooftop garden. Watch residents wake up, ride your elevators, complain when the wait is too long, throw money at you when it isn't.

Five star ratings, 24 building types, weather, holidays, market swings, random fires, visiting celebrities, and a nightly newspaper that runs headlines about your tower. When you've done it all, retire your tower to build a legacy — each retirement carries bonuses forward to your next city.

24 building types across 5 star tiers — from ATMs and fire stations up to cathedrals, observatories, helipads, and underground metro stations.

• A living tower — named tenants with archetypes (Generous, Picky, Noisy), cinema showtimes, conferences, lunch rushes, hotel check-ins, VIP helipad arrivals with $12K tips.
• Real elevator simulation — SCAN scheduling, multi-car shafts, wait-time satisfaction penalties. Bad planning means angry tenants.
• Seasons and weather — spring festivals, winter snow, summer storms, spooky fog. Each affects foot traffic and revenue.
• Random events & crises — fires, power outages, booms and busts, fire inspections. Hire security and fire stations to prevent the worst.
• 6 scenarios + a daily challenge — Sprint, Turnaround, Tiny Lot, Underground, Corporate Monopoly, Sandbox, plus a globally-seeded daily with 5 rotating variants.
• Quests, requests, 24 achievements — ongoing objectives, per-tenant favors, a full achievement list to chase.

Controls

Keyboard: click to build, drag to pan, wheel to scroll. 1/3/9 for speed, Space to pause, G/T jump to ground/top, M for mini-map, Q for quests, Esc for menu.

Gamepad: left stick pans, A places, B bulldozes, X identifies, Y opens quests, LB/RB cycle building types, LT/RT change speed, Start for pause menu.

What SKYSTACK is not

No microtransactions. No grinding. No live service. No Discord required. Just a tower, a sim, and a few hours of your time. Offline, single-player.

A note on SmartScreen

The Windows installer is unsigned — code signing certs run $200+/year, hard to justify at $2.99. On first launch, Windows Defender may flag it; click "More info" → "Run anyway". A signed build ships when revenue covers the cert.
